See the Upcoming Events section of the home page for the latest information on all upcoming meetings.
The agenda lists 'meso-scale' talks (Tuesday) followed by names in parentheses. If your name is listed, please organize your team to produce one talk that integrates material across the group.
Talk content is free-form, but your SAB does ask each group to include in their presentation a listing of paper titles that your group plans to produce by the end of the program.
Please contact any SAB member or Tom Van Pelt with questions about meso-scale talks or other science planning for the meeting.
The next Bering Sea Project PI meeting will be held 22-24 March 2011 in Anchorage at the Hotel Captain Cook.

A major purpose of this meeting is to outline the "road map" to the end of the program; your SAB and program managers intend to use the manuscript titles you provide in your Tuesday talks (see sidebar) to:
Then by the close of the meeting, we plan to have an agreed-upon list of papers that our Bering Sea Project will produce by the end of the program.
There are open rooms during the Wednesday afternoon 'free time' block. Two groups will have meetings during that block: Fish (Hollowed) and Zooplankton (Ashjian and Napp). Contact these folks for more information. Interested people are welcome to join those meetings. Please contact Tom Van Pelt for details on organizing your own meeting.
We recommend not renting a car; the Hotel Captain Cook is a short $20 taxi ride from the airport, and there are plenty of restaurants/shops within walking distance of the hotel. See a map showing the location of the hotel.
Reservations by phone: 800-843-1950 or 907-276-6000. Use the code Bering Sea Project when making your reservation. The rate should be $99/night. Book by phone to get the reduced room block rate.
Monday evening, 5:00 - 7:00 pm. You can also register during the 8:00 - 9:00 am breakfast on Tuesday morning. The registration table will be located across from the Discovery Ballroom on the hotel ground floor.
Like last year, we will charge a small registration fee of $100 to offset a portion of costs for the three breakfasts, two lunches, and the reception that we're providing. Please come prepared to pay when you register (checks or cash only; no credit cards). We'll provide a receipt upon payment.
Tuesday evening. We encourage PIs to share their detailed results in this format. If you haven't already done so, please complete the poster poll so that we have an accurate count of posters and guarantee enough space to hang yours. You can find more information about poster templates here.
Please contact Tom Van Pelt or Katie Blake with logistics questions.
